Tavanna Production Log

In this week, I thought about institutions and classifications. I wrote about the company that will distribute it and why would they be interested in our film. I gave our film a rating according to the British Board of Film Classification. This is further explained in the blog.

In this week, I completed a locational Reece.
As a group we went to the Wembley Premier Inn hotel. The view was quite lovely, however, there were a lot of noises. We then tried filming in our school's drama room, but the footage was too dark.
We then found a classroom and tried our best to make it look like an office filled with computer desks. We used the lighting to our advantage. This is evidently shown in our media product.

Eventually, I filmed our media product and began the editing process.
I stayed late on Thursdays after school for 1 hour in order to get all the videos up. I eventually created a rough cut.

I created another film ident as I had better resources (Pr- adobe premier). I also edited the transitions and the sound. I found this very annoying because I had to watch our media product over and over again. I started to hate our video due to seeing it continuously.

In this week, I edited the titles. However, my titles were positioned exactly in the middle with bigger fonts for the actor's surname. I had feedback from my classmates. They suggested that I made the titles where the video can be seen clearly and not blocked by the titles.
