Week 1: Preliminary Task

In the first week of our coursework, we have started to do our preliminary task. In this task we had to make a video, by using our knowledge of camera skills, which by that I mean we were testing ourselves with camera shots and angles. This part of our ask was difficult for us, this is because is the beginning of our coursework and also, making a video with these skills and techniques, was the first time, which was difficult to make. 

However, before we have created this video with our group, we had to discuss about the task and the production name, by sharing each of us ideas and opinions. Through this at end end we have decided the name of the production and the topic of the video that we were going to do, through a script, which we have created together. The name of our production is called "The Dynamite Production". 

After this section, the group and I have created a story board, which talks about out video, which we were going to create, which this later on concluded us to make the preliminary task and edited it as well.

Later on, towards the end, when we were analysing our task we have realised some mistakes; the mistakes were that we have missed some camera angles and techniques, which we haven't used. 

Week 2: Remake

In the second week, me and my group we had to remake a opening scene of a movie. Before remaking this, me and my group had to decide which movie, was good, easy and suitable for us to make. We all came up with different opening scenes from different movies, but at the end we decided to remake the opening scene of "Judo". We chose this movie opening, this is because we were more comfortable and easy to make it. In addition, after our previous task, which was the preliminary task, we were more confident with our video making and camera skills, this is because we learnt many other camera angles and shots, which we had missed before, in the preliminary task. 

Later on, when we finished the remake of Judo, we have edited the video; then as always, we have analysed the video, and found fewer mistakes than the previous task, which was the preliminary task. 

By this we have noticed our improvement of making our videos.

Week 3: Theories

In our third week we have learnt about different theories, which this is helpful with the video making skills. By knowing about these theory we have completed two videos. By learning these different types of theories was useful, this is because it helped us making our videos even better, so we can improve our skills. 

Week 4: Editing

In our fourth week we had to make a proper movie, which means good camera skills and editing skills were required. We were confident with camera skills, because of our previous activities, but we weren't sure about with our editing skills. When we were editing, we had learn about the editing skills, by learning and experimenting different types of editing skills. By doing this we will be confident towards our editing skill and it ill be improved as well, as our camera skills.

Week 5: Camera

In our fifth week we learnt about different type of terminology related to the camera; by this I mean we went all over again in  clear and detailed about the camera shots and angles. To o this we went through a booklet, which has every details about the camera ans its skills. 

This was very useful to me and my group this is because it recalled our brain and we were more confident than before about the camera skills. 

By this, I can say that when we analyse videos, we found it easier to analyse, because now we know more techniques about these camera skills and more confident towards it.
