Crime Directors
These are the directors in our chosen genre which is Crime; as we know every directors have different type of style, which to show their original look.
By camera works, Paul Thomas Anderson is more likely to be known as a long tracking shot and also allows the camera work to look around with tilting style, which this makes the audience curious and engaged, which means his movies are more like to be mysterious.
By the use of light and colour, Paul Thomas Anderson he uses mainly subtle and dull lights and colours, but at the same time Paul Anderson uses bright colours, in the main part of the scene.
By the way they created the characters in the script, Paul Thomas Anderson, he likes and makes the characters very complicated to understand and very strange characters. In addition, Paul Thomas Anderson has mostly directed actors who are nominated in Oscar, which this attracts the audience to look at the movie more, bacause of the actors.

In her style we mainly see that she uses mostly camera work and images to create the mood and makes the movie interesting, not like other directors, this is because she doesn't use much of sounds and uses music to create feeling, but she uses pictures.
Nicolas Winding Refn known as that he is one of the directors, who have an amazing style compared to other directors. Nicolas Winding Refn says that to create this unique style compared to the other directors, he believes that art is equal to violence, which by this she means he uses his violent side to create his unique movies.
