Pitch:
An important person who is either rich or high in status gets kidnapped. This person is a woman because it is conventional. She is still alive at the moment.The killer has left clues to which victims that are targeted next in his/her “list”. It is up to the police to hunt him/her down and stop him/her in his/her tracks! This is an action packed thriller/ crime drama.
Characters:
Criminal: Man. White European (maybe Russian). (Tall. maybe 6ft) Strong. Well educated.
Links between victims:
He was once rich. He saw how horribly his acquaintances treated the lower class. They believed that they were untouchable and invincible and that they could get away with any crime just because they had an unlimited stock of money to be used as a bribe (in other words hush money). He detested this action and the sight of their endeavours.
