The traffic officer, which is 0ne of the cast’s actions are funny, which the officer is dancing in the middle of the road, which is a funny action, which this creates or says that’s a comedy movie.
The atmosphere and the setting is a road, which is a busy road, which makes the dancing situation of the officer even funnier.
